Welcome to rigdup.com.au. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty-related claims are handled when you purchase products from RIGDUP.
We want every customer to feel confident when buying our roof top tents, 270 awnings, and camping accessories. If something is not right with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve it quickly and fairly.
2 Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after purchasing, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Not damaged, altered, installed, or assembled
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Change of mind returns must be approved by RIGDUP before the item is sent back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged in transit
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue.
4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Refund times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees, transaction fees, or return freight costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part.
5 Items That Cannot Be Returned
We may be unable to accept returns for items that have been:
- Used, installed, assembled, or fitted to a vehicle
- Damaged after delivery
- Returned without original packaging
- Modified or altered in any way
- Returned without prior approval from RIGDUP
6 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees.
Where required by law, RIGDUP will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the circumstances.
