Refund Policy

30-day change-of-mind returns

Change your mind? Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full product price. There is no restocking fee. The product must be unused, not fitted to a vehicle, in its original packaging, and sent back with proof of purchase.

How to return an item

1. Email info@rigdup.com.au with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We confirm the return and send you the return address.
3. You arrange and pay for freight back to our Gold Coast warehouse. We suggest insured, tracked freight.
4. We check the item when it arrives and refund you within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show it. Buy now, pay later orders are refunded through that provider.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Contact us with your order number and photos. We cover the return freight and repair, replace or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law. This applies whether or not the product has been used.

Cancelling an order

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, it is handled as a return.

Warranty

• Roof top tents: 2 years from delivery
• 270° awnings: 2 years from delivery
• Camper trailer body and chassis: 3 years from delivery
• Camper trailer accessories: 1 year from delivery

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from wrong fitting, overloading, accidents or misuse, storm damage to an awning left up or not pegged down, mould from packing away wet, unauthorised repairs, or commercial or hire use.

To claim, email info@rigdup.com.au with your order number, the problem, and photos or video. We reply within 2 business days. You never pay to make a claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our warranty is in addition to these rights.
