Rigdup 1.3X-Hinge Roof Top Tent
The Rigdup 1.3X-Hinge is our compact hard shell roof top tent with an X-hinge lift, built from the same materials as our Nomad 1.4M. At 1.3 m wide it suits smaller roof racks, dual cabs and anyone who wants to leave room on the rack for other gear. It sleeps 2.
The aluminium shell sits on a rigid aluminium honeycomb base, and the 320gsm ripstop poly-cotton canvas is rated PU3000mm and UV50+.
It arrives as a complete package. A 225W solar panel with its mounting bracket, cross bars and a 12V socket with Anderson plug are all included, so there is nothing extra to buy before your first trip.
You sleep on a 70mm memory foam mattress with carpet lining and a condensation pad underneath to keep moisture away from your bedding.
360 degree LED lighting lights up the tent and the area around it. YKK zips run smoothly and two extra latches keep the shell locked down on rough tracks.
The 260cm telescopic ladder suits lifted 4WDs and utes, and the raiser pole base with 3 poles is included.

What is an X-hinge?
The lid lifts on an X-shaped hinge with gas struts, so the whole roof rises rather than hinging at one end. You get full standing room along the length of the tent, not just at the tall end.
How heavy is it?
73 kg. Your vehicle and rack need a dynamic roof load that covers the tent, the rack and anything else up there. The fitting guide checks it for you.
What is the warranty?
2 years on tents and awnings. 3 years on the camper trailer body and chassis, and 1 year on its accessories. Claims go to our Gold Coast workshop, and you never pay to make one.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, with no restocking fee. It needs to be unused, not fitted, and in its original packaging. Faulty items are always covered. Returns and warranty
How long does shipping take?
Regular freight is free Australia-wide and takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Need it sooner? Choose expedited freight at checkout for $125, 2 to 4 business days. The camper trailer is built to order, and we email you your build and delivery date.
