Terms of Service

These terms cover orders placed on this site, run by RIGDUP Pty Ltd (ABN 75 695 040 432).

Prices are in Australian dollars. RIGDUP is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is taken at checkout, through Shopify.

Pre-orders are paid in full when you order. We email you your build and delivery date. You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Sign-up discount codes can be used once per customer and cannot be swapped for cash.

Fitting is your responsibility. Check your vehicle and roof rack load ratings before you fit a tent or awning.

We may update these terms. The terms on the day you order are the ones that apply.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
