Shipping Policy

Free shipping Australia-wide

Shipping is free on every product to any address in Australia. There is no minimum order. The price you see is the price you pay.

Dispatch

In-stock orders leave our Gold Coast warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Our products are bulky and travel by road freight. After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Brisbane and the Gold Coast: 2 to 3 business days
• Sydney and Melbourne: 4 to 5 business days
• Perth and Adelaide: 5 to 7 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak periods and distance can slow carriers down.

Tracking

We email your tracking details when your order leaves the warehouse.

Receiving your order

Roof top tents weigh 70 kg or more, so someone needs to be home to receive the order and help unload. If nobody is there, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Pickup

You can collect your order free from 56 Export Drive, Molendinar QLD 4214. Contact us to book a time.

Stock on its way, and pre-orders

If your item is still on its way to our workshop, or is a pre-order, it ships once it arrives or your build is finished. We email you the date.

Damaged or missing items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email info@rigdup.com.au within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

We ship within Australia only.
