RIGDUP started because the gear we owned wasn't good enough. Too slow to set up. Too flimsy in real wind. Designed for showrooms, not the country we actually drive in.
So we got to work. We pulled apart the tents we hated. Studied what worked on the rigs we admired. Drew, prototyped, tore down, drew again. The goal was simple: a tent that opens in under a minute, packs down clean, holds its shape in a Cape York crosswind, and doesn't crack the first time the temperature swings 30°.
Today we run a workshop in Molendinar on the Gold Coast and ship across the country. Two tents. Two awnings. No filler. Every product gets tested by us, in real conditions, before it goes anywhere near a customer.
If we wouldn't take it on a three-week trip, we won't sell it.
